Richards-Storm family
The Richards-Storm family is a family established by the 1965 marriage of Reed Richards and Susan Storm—heroes of the Fantastic Four better known as Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Girl, respectively.[1] Sue's brother Johnny Storm (the Human Torch) is also in the Fantastic Four. Sue and Johnny's mother Mary Storm died in a car accident when they were young. Their father, surgeon Franklin Storm, operated on Mary after the accident, but failed to save her. Franklin's intense grief and regret led him to a life of crime, though he eventually reunited with his estranged children and sacrificed himself to save them from certain death at the hands of the Skrulls.[2][3]
The fourth member of the Fantastic Four, Ben Grimm (the Thing), is naturally very close to the Richards-Storm family, having been close friends with Reed since college. He and his girlfriend Alicia Masters were best man and maid of honor at the Richards-Storm wedding.
