Scarface Joe

Scarface Joe, full name unknown, is an American gangster and a lieutenant to Boss Sarpo. He and some of Sarpo's other men kidnapped Philo Zog after Sarpo had been sent to prison by Zog's robot Electro. Joe forced Zog to command Electro to free Sarpo and sent Electro on a series of crimes on the gang's behalf. Sarpo's plan was brought to a halt by the invading King Jago of the Dragon-Men, who claimed Electro and Zog for himself.
