King Jago is the king of the Dragon-Men of the planet Ligra. His people are at constant war with the Lion-People led by Empress Nara Gale.[1] In 1940, Jago kidnapped Earth's Philo Zog and Electro, aiming to use Electro's considerable power in his effort against the Lion-People.[2]
