Thunderbolt Ross

General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross^[1] is a general with the United States military. He was present for Bruce Banner's test of the gamma bomb, and has since been the leader of the military's efforts to pursue and neutralize the Hulk, believing him to be a threat to the safety of the American public. A hardnosed military man, Ross favors brute-force solutions and reviles weakness and softness. He is the father of Betty Ross.^{^[2]}
