Tad Carter

Tad Carter is an American mutant capable of telepathy and telekinesis. The son of atomic scientist Brad Carter, Tad was exposed to significant radiation as an infant, which gave him his mutant powers. Tad wanted to share his powers with the world, but was quickly met with harsh judgment and prejudice. One day he was contacted by a mysterious voice in his head, informing him that there were many like him and that one day they would reveal themselves. His fate since then is unknown. Carter is one of the earliest recorded mutants, having come of age shortly before the formation of the first class of the X-Men.
