Santa Rico

Santa Rico is a country in South America. A typically democratic nation, in 1964 Santa Rico elected the communist El Toro. American heroes Giant-Man and the Wasp soon discovered that Toro's victory had been illegitimate, and Santa Rico was returned to democracy after his ousting by the public.[1]
