Renard Harr

Renard Harr[1] is an American gangster in New York City. He and Maurice Bellos attempted to extort Frederick Swabert's father's hidden fortune, but were thwarted by Purple Mask. Bellos and Blakie were killed by Purple Mask, but Renard was spared in exchange for a confession.[2]
