Kalya is an American man and former criminal underling of Madam Macabre. He doesn't appear to have had any particular skills or allegiance to Macabre, simply acting as a brute-force henchman. His fate is unknown following Macabre's defeat at the hands of Giant-Man and the Wasp, but it is likely that he was brought to justice as well.[1]
