Harry Phillips

"Handsome" Harry Phillips is an American conman who possesses superhuman hearing. He is a member of the Terrible Trio along with Yogi Dakor and Bull Brogin. The three are currently in custody thanks to the Human Torch and the Thing following a brief prison break in early 1965.[1]
