Gwen Stacy

Gwen Stacy is an American student at Empire State University, matriculating in 1965.

Gwen was a beauty queen at Standard High School in the early 1960s. On her first day at Empire State, Gwen met Harry Osborn, Flash Thompson, and Peter Parker. Due to various personal problems (including his secret identity as Spider-Man), Parker was exceptionally stressed at the beginning of the school year, and made a poor first impression with his classmates. Nonetheless, Gwen was immediately interested in Peter, though she soon found herself obliviously rebuffed by an increasingly exhausted Peter.^[1]^[2]
