George Sporvan

George Sporvan[1] was an American criminal who attempted to order the assassination of scientist Leonard Gade. Instead, the attempt caused Gade's bizarre transformation into the Invisible Man, and he sought revenge on Sporvan and his men. A fight between Gade and Sporvan in Gade's laboratory ended in Gade throwing Sporvan into an atomic disintegrator, killing him.[2]
