Frango

Frango was a Bayakuran man who along with Togai and Thermah plotted to make off with the city's vast treasures and escape to the outside world. Frango was heir to the Supreme Ruler during Leng-Lu's reign, and assumed the role after the latter's death, giving him easy access to the city's reserves. But the newly arrived Duke O'Dowd stopped him and his henchmen in the act, and the three were hanged for their crimes. Wah Le became Supreme Ruler following Frango's death.
