Leng-Lu

Leng-Lu was the Supreme Ruler of Bayakura until his death in 1940. He was seemingly waiting for the prophesied arrival of Duke O'Dowd, as he died moments after their meeting. Frango, the heir, became Supreme Ruler after Leng-Lu's death, though it is unclear what their relation was.[1]
