Ed Kivlin

Ed Kivlin was a criminal treasure hunter. He and Paul de Kraft traveled to the Belgian Congo to scour a rich stream for emeralds, but were thwarted by Ka-Zar. When Kivlin attempted to kill the lion Zar, Ka-Zar stopped him and told him to leave or die. Later, when Ka-Zar stole Kivlin and de Kraft's guns from their camp, the latter blamed Kivlin and shot him down.
