Daniel Bascom

Daniel "King" Bascom[1] is an American banker and smuggler. In 1940, he attempted a pair of schemes involving manufacturing droughts on United States farmlands and an undisclosed business deal with Richonia. Dynamic Man stopped him at both turns however, and brought Bascom to justice.[2]
