Charleton Carter

Charleton Carter is an American steel manufacturer. He regularly distributes his materials to Tony Stark's company. In 1963, he was tortured by Mr. Doll and forced to sign over his business. Iron Man (secretly Stark himself) later defeated Mr. Doll and brought him to justice, ostensibly voiding the deal.[1]
