Astran

Astrans are a humanoid race native to Astra. They are capable of manipulating metal on the atomic level, a skill they use for artistic and architectural purposes. One Astran, who came to be known as the Metal Master, sought to use his ability for a more sinister purpose. He attempted to conquer Earth in 1963, but was deflected by the Hulk.
