Princess Anelle is the princess of the Skrull empire and daughter of the king. In early 1965, she was romantically linked with warlord Morrat, who did little to hide from her his contempt for her father and ambition for the crown. Anelle recognized Morrat's cruelty, but loved him nonetheless. When the Fantastic Four arrived on a Skrull planet, Morrat took them prisoner without telling the king. Soon the Four fought their way out, and the king learned of Morrat's treason. The king's soldiers fired upon Morrat, and Anelle jumped in front of them in an attempt to save him. She failed, but Invisible Girl's forcefields shielded her and saved her instead.[1]
