Wolfgang von Krantz

Colonel Wolfgang von Krantz is a former Nazi spy who answered directly to Adolf Hitler during World War II. Shortly before the entry of the United States into the war, Krantz conducted a scheme whereby he would pose as the magician Sando within the U.S. He forcefully enlisted a sideshow performer named Omar to act as a psychic and "predict" devastating attacks on American soil, which would then come true shortly afterward. The intended effect of these predictions was to disrupt, confuse, and demoralize the American public. However, heroes Captain America and Bucky, with help from a special agent, put a stop to Krantz's plans and freed Omar from his thrall.
