Tiboro

Tiboro is an ancient ruler and sorcerer who ruled over primitive humans millennia ago, wielding a wand that emitted powerful electroplasmic energy. Before he could die a natural death, Tiboro sealed himself in the Sixth Dimension and created an idol that would act as a passage between the two dimensions—it may be that he created the dimension himself.

Describing himself as the "spirit of decay," Tiboro lay in wait in the Sixth Dimension until a time when Earth was suffering from great peril and strife and he could strike at the most advantageous time. This time was 1965, when a group of scientists on an American television program discovered and examined the idol. They were sucked into the Sixth Dimension, but were soon rescued by the sorcerer Doctor Strange. Strange defeated Tiboro in a magical duel and left him sealed in his dimension, though Tiboro insisted that he would return. What happened to Tiboro's idol is unclear, but Strange most likely kept it sealed in his possession.
