Roglo, full name unknown, is an American man and a former crooked politician and criminal in New York City. Along with his henchman Red, in 1940 Roglo attempted to commit arson on his own property to collect the insurance money on them. Human Torch, a recently established police officer, put a stop to Roglo's plans and brought him to justice.[1] It is unclear what exact political office he held, if any.
