Rathcone

Rathcone was a Nazi spy during World War II. While hiding out in an abandoned house in New Jersey in 1941, Rathcone and his group of saboteurs arranged the murders of several American military officers residing in the nearby Camp Lehigh. Lehigh was also the home to Captain America and Bucky Barnes, and the two soon tracked down Rathcone and brought him and his allies to justice.[1]
