Phil Parker

Colonel Phil "Pillbox" Parker is an American soldier who fought in World War II. He served above Nick Fury in the Battle of the Bulge, and later it was Fury's Howling Commandos who rescued Parker from Okinawa after a reconnaissance mission gone awry.[1]
