Oleg Maximoff

Oleg Maximoff was a Sokovian man and the father of Wanda and Pietro Maximoff in Earth-199999. He and his wife Irina were killed on March 31, 1999 by one of many air raids in the wartorn country of Sokovia, leaving their twin children orphaned.[1]
