Nick Bruno

Nick Bruno is an American organized-crime boss. He and his men conspired to fix the football game between Hale and Midwestern University, noting that the latter was heavily favored by oddsmakers. This was largely due to star player Flash Foster, whose fiancé Connie Hodges Bruno kidnapped in an attempt to convince Foster to throw the game. Foster refused, rescued Hodges, turned Bruno and his men in to the police, and won the game for Midwestern. Bruno is now in custody.
