Doctor Marko, full name unknown, is a Sovernian scientist. He was put in charge of the super power plant in Reedsville, New Jersey, where the Sovernians were planning to use the plant's powerful turbines to trigger a series of explosions across the United States. Master Mind Excello thwarted these plans and destroyed the plant; Marko's fate in the explosion is unknown.
