Man-Thing (Earth-1610)

Man-Thing, born Ted Sallis, is an American man who through a mysterious set of circumstances was forced to inject himself with a serum that turned him into a large monster. He has since taken to roaming the sewers and waterways of the United States, especially the sewers of New York City. His nature and the extent of his power are largely unknown; the only documented appearance of Man-Thing occurred when he interrupted a battle between Spider-Man and Lizard in the sewer. Man-Thing used one huge hand to cup Lizard's head, transforming him back to his human form in a burst of blue flame and walking off without further incident.
