Lucky Lobo

Lucky Lobo is an American man and former New York City crime boss. In early 1965, the Green Goblin began an effort to overthrow Lobo and take over his gang. Goblin contacted one of Lobo's underlings and obtained a list of his untaxed business holdings. He leaked it to the press, who informed the police, who began raiding Lobo's businesses. Spider-Man also got into the mix, suspicious of Goblin's behavior. Goblin led Spider-Man to Lobo's hideout and lured him into a fight with the gangsters. Spider-Man defeated them and learned from Lobo what Goblin was planning. Lobo and the entirety of his gang were arrested, defeating the purpose of Goblin's plan. His fate since then is unknown.
