Doctor John Skrtic was the head scientist of Hammer Industries in Earth-1610, responsible for their various superhuman endeavors. Skrtic oversaw the superpowered origins of Electro and Sandman before his death in 2002 at the hands of Doctor Octopus.[1][2]
