Iron Duke

The Iron Duke, born Gale Brown, is an American gangster who in 1940 devised a series of arson/insurance fraud crimes, negotiating with property owners to burn down their properties for easy insurance money. Flexo the Rubber Man, along with his creators Joel and Joshua Williams, put a stop to him and his gang. It is unclear whether Iron Duke survived his encounter with Flexo, who smashed him with a powerful blow to the head.
