Hymie Pazetto

Hymie Pazetto is a crime boss in New York City. His gang kidnapped child actress Joyce Lovely for ransom, but they were thwarted by the efforts of Dick Gardner and Electro, controlled by Philo Zog. Lovely was returned to her mother, and Pazetto was taken into custody.[1]
