Goettler

Professor Goettler, full name unknown, was a scientist and the creator of the android hero Dynamic Man. He programmed Dynamic Man to advance the "progress of civilization" and the "extermination of all its enemies." Long scorned by the scientific community, Goettler died of excitement upon Dynamic Man's creation.
