Frog-Man, born Francois "Frog" LeBlanc,[1] is an American criminal with the Ani-Men and former Navy SEAL. LeBlanc was a highly skilled SEAL, but wound up departing the military under unclear criminal circumstances, and by 1965 remained on the run from the government. He was forcibly recruited by the Organizer to join his new criminal team: Organizer threatened to expose his location if he refused. LeBlanc joined the team and was dubbed Frog-Man, along with three other zoologically themed criminals. Organizer granted Frog-Man an amphibious frog suit to take advantage of his military experience. Like the other Ani-Men, Cat-Man is currently in prison after Daredevil took down the Organizer in 1965.[2][3]
