General Fang is a communist Chinese military leader. During an attempted invasion of Llhasa, Fang was defeated by the Hulk and Rick Jones, the former of whom routed Fang's armies and dropped Fang on the isle of Formosa, alone and made to face his patrolling enemies. Fang's fate is unknown.[1]
