Camilla Reyes

Camilla Reyes is a commandante of the Peruvian military police in Earth-199999. In September 2013, she learned of a decades-old Hydra weapon powered by a Tesseract fuel cell that had been recovered in an ancient Incan temple. Reyes wanted to claim the weapon and use its extreme power to quash Peru's rebellion and attain utter control of the country. When she and her forces arrived, she found that Phil Coulson and his team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were already investigating. She played up her former friendship/romance with Coulson, and began to negotiate the weapon's ownership. Before long, rebels attacked, and Coulson's team and Reyes' soldiers were forced to flee to a S.H.I.E.L.D. jet known as the Bus. That night, Reyes and her men enacted a hostile takeover, tying up Coulson in the plane's central living area and the rest of his team in the cargo hold. But the team fought back, using their combined talents to send a drone into the central area with the weapon and agitate it such that it blew a hole in the side of the Bus. The change in cabin pressure allowed the team access to the rest of the Bus, and they and Coulson managed to wrest back control of the vehicle. Reyes was detained and sent to a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility for processing.
