Boris Monguski

Boris Monguski is a Soviet officer who was tasked with capturing the Hulk. To accomplish this, Monguski wore a large, elaborate costume and claimed to be an alien warrior named Mongu. "Mongu" appeared on television and challenged the Earth's strongest warrior to meet him in the Grand Canyon in combat. Hulk accepted the challenge, at which point Monguski and a group of Soviet soldiers sprang their ambush. They were thoroughly unsuccessful, as Hulk summarily trounced them and sent them back to the Soviet Union.
