Barton

Barton, full name unknown, is an American bank president in Midtown. He was entrusted with the plans for an incendiary bomb by the device's late inventor. These plans were stolen by Patch and Turgo in 1940, but Human Torch prevented them from using it to any great effect, killing them and destroying the plans in the process.[1]
