Ape Horgon

"Ape" Horgon is an American criminal in New York City known for his considerable strength. In 1964, he and Sad Sam Simms were briefly employed by the Owl as the latter tried to carve out a place in the New York criminal underworld. The police caught wind of the situation and managed to arrest Simms and Horgon while Owl escaped.[1]
