Zade Scraggot is a Stygian crime lord at the Hub in Earth-199999. In 2014, his underling Sqqd'li relayed an import job to Rocket and Groot, which they carried out, but they knocked out and robbed Sqqd'li upon learning the heinous, living cargo they had been hired to transport. Scraggot learned of this and attacked them, but they fought him off and escaped safely.[1]
