Varinheim is a mysterious realm associated with Asgard. Little is known about it, to the point that it is essentially defined by its nebulousness: storytellers describe it as "the seething, shadowy land of the lost, which lies near the netherworld at the farthest reaches of the endless cosmos." In ancient times, Haakun magically banished the evil Fenris to Varinheim, where he remains to this day.[1]
