Valeria is a resident of Earth-6212 who helped release Human Torch from Zemu's captivity. She used her hypno-ring on the guard Theos, who went on to join their rebellion against Zemu. Valeria quickly developed an affection for Human Torch, which he seemingly wanted to return in kind, but he had to return to his own universe. Valeria is the daughter of the resistance movement's leader, Phineas.[1]
