Prosilicans are a humanoid race from the planet Prosilicus with light-green skin and mohawk-like fins on their heads. Eons ago, their race was brought to near-extinction when the Watchers introduced them to nuclear power, inadvertently putting them on the path to nuclear annihilation. It was this disaster that caused the Watchers to begin their eternal vigil.[1]
