Ovoid

Ovoids are a humanoid alien race with large, egg-shaped heads. Scientifically and culturally, they are exceptionally advanced, capable of remarkable scientific achievements and valuing peace and honesty. Doctor Doom, floating in space following a defeat at the hands of the Fantastic Four, was picked up by an Ovoid ship and learned of their ability to transfer minds between bodies. This operation essentially grants immortality, as a dying Ovoid will simply have his mind moved to a fresh body. Conversely, Doom used this technique to trade minds with Mr. Fantastic in an attempt to deceive the latter's teammates.
