Marvel Megaverse
The Marvel Megaverse is a megaverse—an infinite collection of multiverses, comprising all existence depicted in Marvel stories. The theoretical existence of a megaverse is mandated by the occurrence of certain events with a multiversal scope. For example, Doctor Strange of Earth-199999 brought about the destruction of every copy of the Darkhold in his multiverse:[1] Darkholds in other universes (outside of his multiverse) continued to exist, meaning that other multiverses must exist that are completely distinct from his.
The megaverse is in fact one of infinite megaverses in the omniverse, the ultimate level of universal hierarchy. Although intermultiversal travel is almost unheard of, intermegaversal interactions have occurred a handful of times, most notably with the DC Megaverse.
