Blackie Ross

Blackie Ross is a criminal and car racer known for having sabotaged race opponents' cars, giving him easy victories. This sabotage was conducted by an associate flying a small plane above the track and firing incendiary rounds at Ross' opponents, destroying the cars and killing the drivers. The Human Torch put a stop to Ross' operation, turning him into police custody.
