Axonn-Karr

Axonn-Karr was a Makluan space adventurer who traveled the universe centuries ago, eventually arriving on Earth, where he was killed by fearful humans in China. He had powered his starship with a series of uniquely powerful rings. In the 20th century, Axonn-Karr's ship and remains were found by the man who would come to be known as the Mandarin, who accessed Axonn-Karr's copious logs and acquired his knowledge. Mandarin went on to claim the rings for himself and use their power to subjugate the surrounding area.
