Attilan

Attilan, also known as the Great Refuge, is a city founded by Inhumans in ancient times after the evolution of humanity. It is hidden away in the Himalaya Mountains in south Asia.^[1]^{[note 1]} Rather than fight the primitive but multitudinous and violent humans, the Inhumans established the secluded city and remained isolated from humanity for millennia.^[2]

↑ The location of Attilan is originally given in Fantastic Four #47 as the Andes in South America, but this has since been retconned repeatedly to the Himalayas. Given that the amnesiac Medusa wound up in Paris after originally leaving Attilan, the Himalayan version of the story is significantly more likely.
